We have been working with GRT IT since the very beginning, having stayed with Gareth from his previous employers due to our close working relationship. Working with us Gareth has created bespoke intranet sites, which has helped immensely in cutting down administrative paperwork at our Head Office. Additionally, due to Gareth’s locality, he is always able to get to us the same day if issues do arise which is also a great help, as many of the job roles at our Head Office are highly dependent on our IT systems working efficiently. I believe that due to Gareth working independently he is much more focused on his customers, delivering the services you need and is a great assistance to our team.
